Here to Help You
Dealing with injuries or the death of a loved one is very difficult. You have got so many things to deal with that you can lose sight of the most important thing – healing. Recovering from injuries or grieving the loss of a loved one should be your focus, not responding to calls and letters from the insurance company, or worrying that decisions you make could hurt your case.
I am here to help you. I focus my attention on recovering the money you deserve so that you can focus your attention on healing (or focus your attention on you and your family). Slick television commercials and catchy slogans do not persuade insurance companies. Instead, you need a lawyer who will prepare your case like it is his own claim, and give you and your case the personal attention you deserve.
Many law firms will have you speak with a case screener or staff member when you call. If they take your case, even after you have become a client, when you call with questions or concerns you will speak with a staffer and not the lawyer you thought you hired.
When you call my office, you will speak with me. I do not use case screeners or staff people to listen to your case and determine what facts I should know in deciding whether to take your case. Once I have taken your case, when you call with questions or concerns, you will speak with me. I do not believe in creating barriers between my clients and me. You will never have to audition for my attention.
I share this with you because clients often start out thinking that they want to hire a law firm. They later realize that what they need is a lawyer who prioritizes them, who pays attention to them, who wants the best for them. I look forward to the opportunity to talk with you about your case, and to explain what I can do for you.
